Program of Study Instructions

The Program of Study should be submitted by the end of the second semester of enrollment.

1. Meet with Your Major Professor or Graduate Coordinator
   • Initiate a discussion with your major professor to plan your coursework and ensure it aligns with your degree requirements.
2. Access the GradStatus Portal
   • Log in to the GradStatus portal using your UGA MyID credentials. This portal is where you’ll complete and submit your Program of Study form (G138).
     • MPPPM students should select: Program of Study (Non-Doctoral Professional Degrees)
3. Complete the Form and Submit
   • Fill in the necessary information, including courses, research, and other program requirements.

Please note:

• The form should list courses in the order they were taken.
• No grade below “C” is acceptable for courses listed on the Program of Study.
